4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Laptronic.pk reserves the right to refuse COD services for customers with repeated order cancellations or failed deliveries.

5. Bank Transfers

For payments made via bank transfer:

  • Payment instructions will be provided after checkout.
  • Orders will be processed once the payment has been received and verified.
  • Customers should share the payment receipt or transaction reference, if requested, to help expedite verification.

6. Online Card Payments

Card payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

Laptronic.pk does not store your complete debit or credit card information on its servers.

If your card transaction is declined, please contact your card issuer or bank for assistance.

7. Pricing

We strive to ensure all prices are accurate. However, pricing errors may occasionally occur.

If an incorrect price is displayed due to a technical or human error, Laptronic.pk reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order before shipment.
  • Refund any payment already received.
  • Contact the customer with the correct pricing information.

8. Taxes

All applicable taxes will be included or displayed during checkout in accordance with Pakistani laws and regulations.

9. Payment Security

Laptronic.pk uses industry-standard security measures to protect payment transactions.

Customers are advised never to share:

  • OTPs (One-Time Passwords)
  • Debit or credit card PINs
  • Internet banking passwords

Laptronic.pk will never request these details through phone calls, emails, or social media.

10. Failed or Delayed Payments

If a payment fails or is delayed:

  • The order may remain pending until payment is successfully completed.
  • Orders may be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

11. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
